These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and apkgame. By registering an account or using any part of the apkgame platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out below. The apkgame Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This is a non-negotiable, absolute requirement. apkgame enforces mandatory age verification on all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the apkgame Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. apkgame targets adult players across Pakistan and operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence. You must not use the Platform if doing so would violate any law applicable to you.
Each individual person is permitted to hold only one registered Account on apkgame at any time. Duplicate accounts — whether opened under the same name, same CNIC number, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — are strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts and associated funds are subject to immediate forfeiture.
Warning: Attempting to register multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once constitutes fraud and will result in permanent banning from the apkgame Platform with no entitlement to any balance held across any of the accounts involved.
To access the full apkgame Platform — including depositing funds, placing bets, and withdrawing winnings — you must complete the registration process accurately and truthfully. You agree to provide your real full name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid and current email address, and accurate contact information. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
Before your first withdrawal can be processed, apkgame will require you to complete our KYC verification process. This involves submitting a clear copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), and in some cases a secondary proof of address or proof of payment method. apkgame reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. apkgame will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must keep your Account information current and accurate at all times. Any change in personal details — including your contact email or linked payment method — must be reported to apkgame support promptly. apkgame may periodically request re-verification of account details in accordance with our compliance obligations.
apkgame accepts deposits exclusively via the following PKR-denominated payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and standard bank transfer. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your apkgame Account dashboard and may vary by payment method. apkgame reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
All Account balances, transactions, bets, and winnings on apkgame are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). apkgame does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion. Any bank-level conversion fees incurred by the User when transacting are the sole responsibility of the User.
apkgame reserves the right to decline, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit that triggers our fraud detection systems, appears inconsistent with your account history, or cannot be verified as originating from an account held in your name. In such cases, apkgame will contact you for clarification before releasing or returning the funds.
Note on JazzCash & EasyPaisa: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your apkgame wallet instantly, subject to mobile wallet confirmation. If a deposit does not reflect within 15 minutes, contact our 24/7 live support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals are available exclusively to users who have completed KYC verification. The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (Bonus Funds are subject to separate wagering conditions before conversion to withdrawable balance). Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by apkgame compliance.
apkgame targets same-day processing for all approved withdrawal requests submitted before the daily processing cut-off time displayed in your Account dashboard. Withdrawal requests requiring additional verification or submitted during peak processing periods may take up to three (3) business days to complete. apkgame is not responsible for delays attributable to the recipient bank or mobile wallet provider.
Minimum and maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the withdrawal section of your Account. apkgame reserves the right to process large withdrawal requests in multiple installments over consecutive business days.
apkgame may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request pending additional identity verification. You will be notified via your registered email address. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to your Account balance.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by apkgame are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple and qualifying games are specified in each individual promotion. apkgame reserves the right to modify wagering requirements for future promotions with prior notice.
All bonus offers carry an expiry date. Bonus Funds and any associated pending winnings that have not met wagering requirements within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited from your Account without further notice.
apkgame actively monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk, opposing bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal market exposure; withdrawing promotional winnings without genuine gameplay intent; and any pattern of betting inconsistent with normal recreational player behaviour.
Consequence of Bonus Abuse: Where apkgame determines that bonus abuse has occurred, we reserve the right to void all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, suspend the Account pending investigation, and/or permanently close the Account with no obligation to return the deposit balance where fraud is established.
All bets placed on the apkgame Platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of every bet before confirming it. apkgame will not void bets on the grounds that you placed them in error, selected the wrong market, or misread the displayed odds, unless a manifest error on apkgame's part can be demonstrated.
apkgame reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were the result of a manifest error in the odds-setting system — including but not limited to incorrect market type, grossly mispriced outcomes, or technical malfunction. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the User's Account. apkgame's decision on manifest error disputes is final.
Cricket betting markets on apkgame — including PSL, ICC World Cup, Asia Cup, and domestic Pakistan competitions — are settled in accordance with official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match abandonment, the relevant market rules (stated in the specific market description) will govern settlement. Bets on abandoned matches are typically voided and stakes returned unless a result was achieved before abandonment under the applicable rules.
Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply across all sports and game categories. These limits are displayed within the relevant market or game. apkgame reserves the right to restrict bet sizes on specific markets, events, or for specific accounts where risk management requirements necessitate it.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the apkgame Platform. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account action up to and including permanent closure:
Enforcement: apkgame employs dedicated fraud detection and risk management systems operating around the clock. Accounts flagged for prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation. Confirmed violations result in permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant legal authorities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, apkgame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer failure — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the apkgame Platform.
apkgame's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made to your Account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
apkgame does not warrant that the Platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party infrastructure issues may cause temporary service interruptions for which apkgame accepts no liability beyond returning any affected stakes to the player's Account.
Gambling is inherently a risk activity. apkgame provides the Platform as a form of adult entertainment. Any financial loss incurred through placing bets or playing games is the sole responsibility of the User. apkgame accepts no liability for gambling losses of any kind.
You may request closure of your apkgame Account at any time by contacting our 24/7 live support team. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeline, subject to completed KYC verification.
apkgame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) apkgame has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) regulatory or compliance obligations require it; or (d) apkgame discontinues the Platform or a portion thereof.
Upon Account closure — whether initiated by you or by apkgame — your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. All pending bonus balances are forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned in accordance with Clause 6, except where forfeiture is warranted under Clause 9 (Prohibited Conduct).
apkgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, apkgame will notify registered users via the email address on file and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
Your continued use of the apkgame Platform following any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the amendment.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which apkgame holds its international gaming licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is disclosed in apkgame's licence documentation.
In the event of a dispute between you and apkgame, we encourage you to first contact our 24/7 support team, as the majority of concerns can be resolved quickly and informally at this stage. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support escalation, it will be referred to the dispute resolution process established under the terms of apkgame's gaming licence.
You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in any class action, consolidated, or representative proceedings against apkgame.
